Security, Fire, Health & Safety Manager

ST Group is seeking to recruit a Security, Fire, Health & Safety Manager to lead and coordinate all matters related to security, fire prevention, occupational health, and safety across the Group’s hotels, offices, construction sites, residential developments, commercial properties, and operational facilities.
This is a senior operational role requiring strong leadership, practical risk management skills, and a thorough understanding of compliance, emergency preparedness, fire safety, and site security standards.
Role Overview
The Security, Fire, Health & Safety Manager will be responsible for ensuring that all Group operations comply with applicable Maltese laws, regulations, licensing obligations, insurance requirements, and internal company policies.
The selected candidate will oversee health and safety procedures, fire protection measures, emergency response planning, contractor compliance, security operations, and risk prevention across all Group sites.
