The Waiter / Waitress is responsible for delivering day-to-day food and beverage service across ST Hotels and Novotel Malta Sliema, with direct accountability for guest service, order accuracy, table service standards, outlet cleanliness, and service-side duties.
This role is a key guest-facing position and supports breakfast, dinner, and bar service as required. The role requires a professional, reliable team member who can serve efficiently, follow service procedures, and contribute to a positive guest experience.
