Position Summary
ST Properties is seeking a skilled and reliable Maintenance Electrician to join our maintenance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of electrical systems and air conditioning (AC) equipment across our apartments, business centres, and commercial properties.
The role requires a hands-on professional with experience in electrical maintenance, AC systems, and general building services to ensure all properties remain safe, functional, and well maintained.
