Sportsbook Manager – Greece

<p>Outstanding opportunity to join Betsson Group as our new Sportsbook Manager for Greece in our Malta office.</p>
<p>As a Sportsbook Manager, you'll be responsible for planning events, implementing profitability initiatives, ensuring the offering remains up-to-date, testing new functionalities, evaluating existing features, and reporting activities. Essential skills include 4+ years' experience in Sportsbook, passion for sports and betting, teamwork, fluency in English and Greek, and strong organization and prioritization skills.&nbsp;</p>
<p>This role is pivotal in delivering a competitive and engaging sports betting experience tailored to the Greek market.<br><br></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Responsibilities</strong>:&nbsp;</span></p>
<ul>
<li>Managing the event planning process for the Greek market in collaboration with the Marketing and CRM team.</li>
<li>Collaborating with the team and stakeholders to implement profitability initiatives.</li>
<li>Working closely with third-party providers and internal stakeholders to ensure the offering remains up to date for the Greek market.</li>
<li>Assisting the Sportsbook Tech Team in testing and suggesting new functionalities.</li>
<li>Evaluating, enhancing, and documenting existing or new functionalities, features, and processes.</li>
<li>Reporting and presenting operational and marketing activities to different teams and stakeholders.</li>

<p><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Essential skills for this role include:</strong></span></p>
<ul>
<li>At least 4 years’ experience in a Sportsbook-oriented role.</li>
<li>At least 2 years of CRM experience</li>
<li>Passion for sports and sports betting.</li>
<li>Ability to work well within a team and willingness to share knowledge and learn.</li>
<li>Fluent in written and spoken English.</li>
<li>Native Greek language proficiency.</li>
<li>Well-organized with the capacity to prioritize effectively and make data-informed decisions.<br><br></li>
