The Stock Controller is responsible for executing stock counting activities and ensuring accurate and timely recording of inventory movements.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform cycle counts and periodic stock takes across all entities within the Group, including regular (daily or as scheduled) stock counting activities.
- Ensure stock counts are conducted accurately and in accordance with established procedures and internal controls.
- Prepare and input stock journals into the system in a timely and accurate manner.
- Maintain proper documentation and audit trails for all stock adjustments.
- Identify and highlight potential issues within warehouse and inventory processes.
- Report any non-adherence to inventory procedures at store or warehouse level to the immediate supervisor.
- Adhere to internal policies, procedures, and inventory control standards at all times.
- Support the wider finance and warehouse teams as required during stock-related activities.
- Undertake any other reasonable duties as may be assigned by management from time to time in line with the scope of the role.

- Good analytical and problem solving skills
- Excellent time management skills
Education and Experience
- Previous experience in stock control, inventory, warehousing, or similar will be considered an asset
